A College Station, TX Couples Session

I am so excited to share this couple’s pictures on the blog today because they are another couple from our Foundations newly married Bible study! We meet with 4 other couples weekly to focus on our marriages and our faith and it has been such a blessing. Valerie and Jerry got married last summer (around the same time Seth and I got married!) and we love learning from them!

Valerie and Jerry are clearly so in love and it is so sweet to hear them talk about each other. They asked me to take some pictures for them and suggested we do them at Messina Hof winery! I pretty much only drink Messina Hof wines but I had never actually been there before. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long but I am so glad Valerie suggested it. There is a beautiful path with a lake and a stream and tons of beautiful spots for pictures. AND you can get wine while you’re there – it’s a win-win!

I love taking pictures of couples and seeing how much fun they have together! I think it’s so important to take pictures throughout your marriage so you can look back on those memories years later. I told Seth that I want to have annual pictures together because when I look at pictures I remember the way I was feeling when we took them and that’s something I never want to forget. From the excitement of our engagement pictures to the enduring love of our anniversary pictures years down the road, I can’t wait to look back and see us change and grow throughout our lives through those pictures!
